Hummm, smoky cedar-plank salmon!

recipe, please! I've been itching to try some seafood on my grill, but haven't yet...

Recipe? What recipe?? It's embarassing simple and always impresses guests!
I took a skinless fillet (Costco and Sam's Club are the best provider), wash it, salt and pepper the skinless side, and put on the oiled cedar plank. The plank should have been soaked in water first to avoid catching fire too soon (like mine!). This time, I put a few thin slices of onion but the taste can compete with the salmon. Some will also glaze the salmon with a llight sauce, like teriyaki. Just make sure not to overcook it, 10 minutes should be the most and your salmon will still be tender!
And make sure to keep the lid of the grill closed: that's how you get the smoky cedar aroma on your salmon!
